Fibro is the unseen syndrome that I have finally accepted. I am not saying I like it by any means but I have come to terms with the fact that I have it after several years. This blog will share my struggles, my victories and anything else I find of value while learning to live this life that I love.

It was one of THOSE days
Today was one of THOSE days. Spring has finally sprung in NW CT. The air was dry with temps in the 70's and the sun was glorius. It was one of those top 10 days of the year; the kind of day I wait in anticipation for all winter long. I have been trying to be kind to myself the past couple of weeks. It should have been incredible.

Fibro Fact
Been sort of out of commission for a bit. I have a business and running that has been a struggle so I have not been keeping up here. I figure if anyone can understand that it is someone reading a Fibro blog. :)
